You are able to track your guide usage through the Analytics page. Analytics illustrate how your guests are utilizing your guide. This information is available on any published guide, and can be viewed over the time periods of the last 7, 30, and 90 days as well as the last 12 months.

To view usage for a particular guide:

1. Log in to your Folio account.

2. Click on the guidebook to open the Guide Details Page.

3. Click on the View button in the Analytics row to view the Analytics page.

   

4. On the analytics page, you can select the time period for which you’d like to see guide usage. The options are: last 7 days, last 30 days, last 90 days, and last 12 month. For any time period selection, you’ll see 3 numbers: users, sessions, and page views.

   1. Users: The number of unique people who have visited the guide. If a guests accesses the guide on her phone on five separate occasions, it still counts as one user.
   2. Sessions: The total number of times the guide has been viewed by all users.
   3. Page Views: The total number of pages viewed. For example, if a guest visits your guide (home screen), then clicks to the property info page, then views 3 amenity detail sections, it will register as 5 page views.
