If you don’t need to use one of your guidebook for a while, you can pause it. This will un-publish the guide at the end of the current billing cycle.
To pause one of your guides:
You will still see your guidebook on the dashboard, and it will say Pending Pause in the upper right hand corner. Once your current billing cycle ends, the status will change to Canceled. The guide will be unavailable to your guests, but you can still access it on the dashboard. You will be able to make changes and republish the guide at a later date. (Note that you do not need to pause your guide in order to edit it!)
If you are absolutely sure you no longer need your guidebook, you can delete it. This will remove the guide from your dashboard, and your guide’s link and QR code will immediately stop working. Please note that a deleted guide cannot be recovered. If there’s a chance you may need your guide again in the future, consider pausing it.
To delete your guide:
Your guidebook will immediately be deleted from your dashboard, and the link for to the guide will no longer work. We are unable to offer refunds for the unused portion of your subscription if you delete a guide.
If you’ve paused a guide and are ready to use it again, you can re-publish your guide.
To delete your guide:
If you have a current subscription (i.e. have at least 1 guide published prior to republishing), your subscription will be updated as outlined in the Billing Cycle section.
