Are you making a guidebook that will have a lot of the same information of one of your existing Folio guidebooks? Perhaps you have the same house rules or want to share the same recommendations. Great news — you can duplicate an existing guidebook to save time!
<aside> 💡 Pro tip: create “Template” guides that are not published. Make one for each type of property, and/or each area you operate in. When you need to create a new guidebook, you can save time by duplicating your template guide.

Click + Add a Guide from your dashboard, and select the Duplicate Existing Guide option by clicking the Duplicate button.
In the Duplicate a Guide popup, Enter the Property Name and Address for the new guidebook you are creating. You can always change them at a later time.
In the dropdown, select the guidebook you are duplicating from — you can search for an existing guidebooks by entering its name. Pick which section(s) you’d like to duplicate and click Duplicate.
Next, you will be taken through each of the four section of your new guidebook. Review duplicated content to make necessary changes, and enter information in sections that have not been duplicated.

Once you’ve reviewed all sections, you’ll be taken to the Guide Details Screen.
When you’re happy with your guidebook, click Add Billing Info on the Guide Detail Screen to publish your guide! For more details, visit How to Publish a Guidebook.
