You can view and update your billing information, including adding a new payment method, using Stripe’s Customer Portal which can be accessed through the Folio dashboard.

  1. Log in to your Folio account.

  2. Click your name in the bottom left corner of the dashboard (on desktop) or the upper right hand corner (on mobile).

  3. Go to Billing Information → Edit to get to the Stripe Customer Portal.

  4. Once there, you can add and remove payment methods and update your billing email and address. Note that you must have at least 1 card on file, so make sure to add another payment method before deleting an existing one.
