1. Review your guide information every 3 months to ensure everything is up to date.
  2. Send your guide to guests at least 48 hours before their reservation starts.
  3. Send your guide to potential guests that are reaching out with questions prior to booking. This allows them to see the value Folio provides prior to booking, and can encourage them to choose your property.
  4. Answer guest questions with a link to your guide i.e. “extra towels are in the back closet, you can read more about it in our guide”.
  5. Utilize ongoing guest questions to inform the information to put in your guide. If it’s a repeat question, it should be in your guide!
